Swot Analysis
Strengths
Vast experience within engineering (16yrs) from apprenticeship in servicing light plant equipment to assembling engines and becoming an Manufacturing Engineer
Thrives of challenges and problems within the work place
Weaknesses
Maths, takes longer than most people for myself to understand
Find it hard to say no to taking on duties and can over load my work load, need to delegate more
Can be impatient when to job/project is in its early days, just want to see the results or final outcome
Opportunities
Good results will provide for more options for my career choice
Excellent career opportunities within Perkins Engines
Threats
Selected for redundancy due to lack of skills/qualifications
Failing course work due to my slow understanding of maths
Losing out on promotions
